About our Program

This Crime Stoppers Program began in 1982 from the efforts of our City Commission and our Police Department. Our Program now operates as an independent organization. The concept has developed into a combination of efforts by local media, businesses, civic and social clubs, law enforcement agencies, and the public. Donations of airtime, newspaper space, and reward monies have established Crime Stoppers as an effective tool to fight crime in the area.  As is in our name, Pampa / Gray County Crime Stoppers works not only on crime in Pampa, but throughout the entire county.

Mission Statement

Pampa/Gray County Crime Stoppers is a community program operated by local citizens, involving the public and media in aiding area law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime. By means of donations, fundraisers, and special events they are able to offer cash rewards and anonymity to persons who furnish information leading to felony charges filed, recovery of stolen property, and/or arrest of criminal offenders.
